Terms of Use

By using www.travelexpedite.com or any of its affiliated website, or any third-party website through which Travel Expedite’s services are supplied, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Conditions, please do not access and/or use Travel Expedite’s products, services, booking tools or websites.

Your Responsibilities

  • The Airport Agent will be at the Meeting Point 15 minutes before the Service Time with a name sign. Find them promptly.
  • If you can’t find the Airport Agent, contact Travel Expedite customer service immediately. Failure to do so may result in no show and no refunds will be offered.
  • Inform Travel Expedite of any changes to your flight (e.g., delays, cancellations) that might affect the service.
  • Choose a Service Time that allows enough time for the service. Travel Expedite is not liable for missed flights due to insufficient time.
  • Declare any Dangerous or Disallowed Goods before booking. Travel Expedite may refuse service if such items are present, and you agree to cover any related costs or penalties.

Product & Service Modifications

Travel Expedite may use Airport Agents/Service Partners to deliver all or part of your booked service. Services typically begin when you meet the Airport Agent and end when they leave you. Meet and Assist services are limited to three hours, with extra fees for additional time.

Detailed descriptions of each service (Arrival Fast Track, Arrival Meet & Assist, etc.) are available at Travelexpedite.com/services .

Modifications

Service descriptions may vary if Airport Authorities make changes. Fast Track might be suspended temporarily due to security reasons.

 Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions

  • Prices are displayed in the currency you select when booking. A late booking fee will apply if you book within 72 hours of your Service Time.
  • Prices do not include taxes, tips, visa fees, porterage, lounge access, or in-terminal buggy services, unless you book them separately.
  • If you made a booking using a promotional code or discount, these might not apply if you change your travel plans.
  • Payment is by credit card only, with a 3.5% processing fee. Travel Expedite is not liable for any fluctuations in exchange rates.
  • If you dispute a charge without a valid reason, you’ll be charged a $75 fee and may be reported to ChargeBackProtection.org.

Cancellation, Amendments, and Variations

  • You can make changes to your booking for free up to 72 hours before your Service Time. Changes within 72 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total booking cost, and some changes may be treated as cancellations, requiring you to rebook.
  • You can cancel your booking for free up to 72 hours before your Service Time. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
  • If you do not show up for your service (no-show), or if you decline the service for any reason, you will be charged the full price of the booking.
  • We will send you an email confirmation for any approved amendments or cancellations.

Complaints & Disputes

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding our services, please email us at customerservices@travelexpedite.com within 10 days of your service date.

Your Declaration

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You understand that Travel Expedite is not responsible for any costs beyond the service fee, and in the event of any service failure, our liability is limited to refunding the original service fee. These terms represent the complete agreement between us.

Use of the Website

  • You may not use the content on our website for commercial purposes.
  • You agree to use our website only for lawful and non-infringing purposes.
  • Do not make any false or fraudulent bookings.
  • You may not use automated tools to access our website without our permission.

 

Privacy Policy

Travel Expedite may use your personal information to fulfill your service request, conduct credit checks, and improve our services. We may also use your information for research or marketing purposes, with your consent. Your data may be shared with our partners for services we offer jointly. Websites linked to our site have their own privacy policies. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights. Please be aware that data transmission over the internet is not completely secure.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Travel Expedite isn’t responsible for lost or damaged luggage. Liability is limited to the service fee. Travel Expedite isn’t liable for indirect losses or issues outside its control (Force Majeure). Claims must be made in writing within seven days of service. Travel Expedite acts as a booking agent for suppliers. Website content is provided “as is” without a warranty.

General Terms

Travel Expedite reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any waived breaches of these terms apply only to that specific instance. These terms may be changed at any time. These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
